Ryan is a Fruitland Alumni from class of ’99 and is 29 batteling stage 4 adrenal cancer. He is married to Ashley Bieker Holaday, Fruitland Alumni from class of 2001. They have two boys, Brody, age 5 and Kolby, age 3. Ryan had a major surgery in November to remove a 5+ pound tumor, a kidney, his adrenal gland, and his gallbladder. He and his family went to Chicago for 2 months to undergo a clinical trial, which was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, the tumor is back, about the same size, and the cancer has spread to his liver. He is currently undergoing radiation.
All proceeds from the Ryan Holaday Benefit Golf Tournament will aid in his care. The golf tournament will be held at River Bend Golf Course in Homedale, Idaho on Saturday, June 19th at 8am. $250/4 person team, ribsteak dinner is included, and there is a benefit auction to follow. Business can sponsor for $100 minimum a hole. The registration deadline for the golf tournament is June 12th. If you’re not a golfer, thats okay! Enjoy a steak dinner for $25 at 5pm at Howards Nursery in Fruitland.
