Heart 'n Home Hospice & Palliative Care provides Hospice Services to patients throughout Idaho's Treasure Valley and surrounding communities as well as Malheur, Baker, and Union Counties in Oregon. All Heart 'n Home Offices are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with on-call Nursing Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Heart 'n Home Hospice & Palliative Care has never turned a patient away, regardless of ability to pay. All memorials and donations are given to the Heart 'n Home Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization. Their mission is to see that all within our reach can pass from this life with dignity and peace.

Heart ‘n Home has a team of five Medical Directors, led by our Chief Medical Officer, Paul C. Gering, M.D. The physician support made available to our patients is a primary role of our Interdisciplinary Team. Dr. Gering has overseen end-of-life care for over 1,850 patients, managing their pain and symptoms and increasing their quality of life. Heart ‘n Home’s Medical Directors and on-staff Nurse Practitioners visit patients in their homes and at care facilities for recertification visits. Physician support includes:
