Heart 'n Home Hospice & Palliative Care provides Hospice Services to patients throughout Idaho's Treasure Valley and surrounding communities as well as Malheur, Baker, and Union Counties in Oregon. All Heart 'n Home Offices are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with on-call Nursing Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Heart 'n Home Hospice & Palliative Care has never turned a patient away, regardless of ability to pay. All memorials and donations are given to the Heart 'n Home Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization. Their mission is to see that all within our reach can pass from this life with dignity and peace.

The Heart 'n Home Baker City office provides hospice services throughout Baker and Union Counties in Oregon and since opening in 2005 has served over 140 patients and their families. The Baker Clinical Staff has more than 235 years of combined clinical experience. Some of the adjectives that have been used to describe the Baker Team are compassionate, dedicated, helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, generous spirits, happy, caring, experienced, and cohesive. Currently, Heart 'n Home Baker has 16 active Hospice Volunteers who donated over 1,000 hours of care to patients in 2008.
