Heart 'n Home Hospice & Palliative Care provides Hospice Services to patients throughout Idaho's Treasure Valley and surrounding communities as well as Malheur, Baker, and Union Counties in Oregon. All Heart 'n Home Offices are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with on-call Nursing Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Heart 'n Home Hospice & Palliative Care has never turned a patient away, regardless of ability to pay. All memorials and donations are given to the Heart 'n Home Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization. Their mission is to see that all within our reach can pass from this life with dignity and peace.

Company Vehicles: In an effort to become more socially responsible, Heart ‘n Home has acquired vehicles that will be more eco-friendly for our environment and help our employees to have reliably safe cars to reach their patients. We currently have 26 Nissan Versas. Company vehicles are assigned to eligible full time employees who qualify according to mileage driven and a vehicle needs assessment. |
