Personality Survey's

Heart ‘n Home uses a variety of personality survey's to better understand some of the qualities of the applicants. These personality survey's are free of charge and easy to use. We do not ask every person who applies to do these survey's. ONLY complete one of these personality survey's if you have been asked to do so by Heart 'n Home or selected to participate in the interview process. Please follow the instructions below. Thank you.

Personality Survey Myers-Briggs instructions:

Click on the Myers-Briggs link and then follow the 3 step process below

  1. After clicking on the Myers-Briggs Test button, you'll be taken to an external link.
  2. The results will be in a 4 letter format (i.e. ESFJ), include a basic personality description, and percentage breakdown of each letter. Please include all of the information in the results.
  3. The results can be copied and pasted to an email and sent to hrdept@gohospice.com.

Personality Survey Hartman Instructions:

Click on the Hartman Test link and then follow the 3 step process below

  1. After clicking on the Hartman Test button below, a PDF file will be uploaded.
  2. You can then follow the instructions on the test and complete the survey. After the test you will know what is your primary and secondary personality color.
  3. These results can be copied and pasted to an email and sent to hrdept@gohospice.com.

Heart ‘n Home is always trying to implement ways to become more innovative with technology. In fact, Embrace Innovation is one of our Family Core Values. Most positions require the employee to be very comfortable with computers.

Do not take this WPM typing test if you have not been asked to do so. We only require those who have been selected to go through the interview process to participate in this skills test. Taking a WPM typing test helps us better gauge the comfort level of each applicant. Please follow the instructions below. Thank you.

Clinical Documentation Exercise

It is vital that our clinicians understand the basic ideas behind charting appropriately for hospice. This skills test allows us to understand the level of competency for each clinician in the documentation area of patient charts.

Please do not fill this form out unless you have been asked to submit it to the HR Department. This skills test is for those who have been passed through to the interview process. Thank you.
