application process
We take the interview process extremely serious at Heart ‘n Home and view the hiring process as if we were bringing someone into our Family. Because we don’t just let anyone into our family, we have created a thorough application and interview process. Hiring people who live our 10 Family Core Values is an important step. We truly want to find people who are ready to commit to a higher standard of care and work ethic. Our employees are those who want a career home and want to give back. We are able to provide legendary service to our patients, because our employees are of the highest caliber.
We appreciate and recognize the time spent towards applying for the “right” career. We hope to give every qualified individual an opportunity to apply for a job at Heart ‘n Home. Applications submitted online are sent directly to the Human Resources Department. Through this electronic format we are able to categorize each candidate according to their qualifications. Applications sent through the mail are acceptable, but NOT preferred. Please use the online resource if possible. Additionally, through the electronic application, the Director of Human Resources will be able to quickly forward qualified applicants to the appropriate department managers. We would love to call each applicant, but do to the high volume of candidates, it is extremely difficult. A second option for us is to use email to notify applicants of the hiring plan or status; therefore it can be beneficial for you to provide us with an email on your application.
After applications have been received and reviewed, Heart ‘n Home will contact applicants to go through the interview process. Typically applicants will go through at least two interviews as well as personality surveys or computer skills tests.
